Emmanuel Anyiam-Osigwe announced as new Friday night film host on Colourful Radio

Meet The Critics will launch on 2 June and will be fronted by Emmanuel Anyiam-Osigwe, the award-winning founder of the British Urban Film Festival (BUFF).
The show’s target audience will be family-oriented millenials, mainly of African Caribbean descent aged between 25- to 54-years-old. Anyiam-Osigwe will host Meet The Critics from 21.00-22.00 pm on Friday evenings. Joining him on each show will be 4 pundits from the world of film as they debate a range of topics circulating the film business and the business of film.
Meet The Critics will launch with its’ own Twitter page (@_MeetTheCritics) plus on-air advertising on Colourful Radio which is available to listeners around the world at colourfulradio.com and also via the Colourful App and the Tunein App. Listeners across London, Manchester and Birmingham will also be able to tune in via DAB digital radio.

The British Urban Film Festival was founded by award-winning film programmer Emmanuel Anyiam-Osigwe in July 2005. To date, the festival has exhibited over 500 films, securing broadcast platforms for BAME and urban independent writers, actors, actresses, producers and directors on the BBC i-player, Channel 4, Community Channel and London Live.
