@buffenterprises extends to 7th day with #Shakespeare Sunday Shorts @karibanwodo @NatashaRosetta @theroseartsldn @directordenham @CurzonSoho 10th June

Organisers of the British Urban Film Festival have today announced that this year’s event has been extended from 6 to 7 days with #the advent of Shakespeare Sunday – an afternoon of Shakespeare-themed short film screenings set in the modern day.

Romeo & Juliet – The Nigerian Edition is directed by Kariba Nwodo, Othello Noir is directed by Martin Denham and M.A.N (Melanin Acknowledged Notably) is directed by Natasha Rosetta Joseph.

All 3 films were submitted in the Race To BUFF 2018 campaign and have been granted a special slot at this year’s festival.
Othello Noir is the second short film that director Martin Denham has garnered success with as a BUFF festival selection. Dear Mr Cameron was screened as part of BUFF 2012 and went on to be nominated for a BUFF Award in 2015.
The climax to BUFF 2018 is now set for Sunday 10 June and Curzon Soho in London will host all 3 screenings including a live Q&A with the directors and available cast.
